Our Best and Most Popular Packing - Virgin ePTFE loaded with ultra-pure graphite powder & lubricated with inert lubricant.  Heavy graphite loading transfers heat away from shafts and reduces thermal expansion.  Less chance of glazing or burning.

Recommended for a wide range of service applications including reactive fluids, high shaft speeds and moderate to high pressures.  Works great in pumps, valves, mixers, blenders, extruders & agitators.

A cost effective combination of absorbent synthetic yarns impregnated with PTFE to protect the fibers from chemical attack and reduce running friction.

Recommended for use in centrifugal pumps, agitators and gate valves

Synthetic yarn heavily impregnated with graphite and viscous grease.  The lubricant is designed to leach out of the packing as frictional heat increases.  The lubricant release decreases running temperature and the decrease of temperature decreases the release of the lubricant.  The self adjusting flow of internal lubricant increases packing and sleeve life.

Recommended for centrifugal pumps, agitators, reactors and valves handling mild acids, mild caustics, steam, oils, brine, slurries and water.

Stranded from pure white virgin ePTFE filament and impregnated with PTFE and a mineral oil lubricant.  Specify type "FS" for use with foods and pharmaceuticals.

Recommended for rotating service in pumps, mixers, agitators & kettles.

Produced from pure expanded flexible graphite.  Excellent for high temperature. 

Recommended for steam valves, petrochemical and chemical valves, expansion joints, high-temperature groove gasketing and soot blower packing.
